The hosts were very accommodating right from the Start. Karl met us off the airport bus to escort us to the apartment. Everything we needed to know about the property was explained proficiently and in a very friendly manner. The facilities in the apartment meant we were self contained had we wanted to eat in during our stay. The air conditioning kept us cool during our stay and the wi-fi was excellent. The pictures on the website do not do the apartment justice, the decoration is simple but modern. The bathroom is excellent with plenty of hot water. The location of the apartment is within very easy walking distance of many of the city's attractions and once we got our bearings we found it a great location. The bed was comfortable and sleep quality excellent, we heard no noise from other apartments in the block.
There was nothing about this property that we did not like. Could it be improved? The only thing I would suggest would be the addition of an electric toaster, but the grill on the electric cooker did eventually brown my toast.

Very easy communication with the host, comfortable beds and a nice space. Also, the location is great as it is close to the city centre but not in the busy part. Wifi worked fine, even for work purposes.
The shower in the bath was a bit difficult to keep at a nice temperature.

Very friendly host (Karl) who came to meet me at the Vienna Airport Lines (VAL2) bus stop at Morzinplatz, which is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. All of the major attractions (Stephansdom, Mozarthaus, Museums Quarter and lots more) are within a 20-minute walk from the apartment. There are a number of supermarkets within a 5-minute (or less) walk. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and also very quiet.

Clean, comfortable and spacious suite at a great location, in the center, next to supermarket. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The owners, Karl and Elisabeth are very kind and always at your service. We will recommend them to our friends and most definitely stay at "City Apartments am Passauerplatz" again.
